All in a day's work

So who needs bikini topped girls to wash thier cars for them this summer when you can do it yourself for free. I bet 99.99% of the guys are paying for the show and not the wash x). Anyways, after a long hard day of work at our house in West Newbury me and my step bro washed our dirt covered cars(yayyy). It's so troublesome having to drive 45 minutes every weekend to the old house just to renovate and get it ready to be sold. I really hope it's over with soon. But as I was help making the ad for the house I noticed how ridiculously expensive homes are these days. From the town's sewage system to the schools. Everything now impacts the price of your house. I remember our first house in Michigan when we bought it was around 140,000. When we sold it, it had already become 210,000. What's more ridiculous is our old house in Westborough, Mass. was around 160k starting price, only 4 years later, when we bought it from the original owners, the price had already shot up to 320k. and recently(just another 5 years later) the house sold for 440k.

Sure houses are convenient must they're a bitch to maintain. Which reminds me sometime next week I have to mow the lawn again. Which takes like a total of near 2 hours. Anyways, I'm glad I was able to get my car cleaned although it'll just get dirty in less than a day again. Must also bug mom for money to change my tires sometime before august too ... and crap inspection is due next month. :(
